I personally think that as time goes on, factors of on-page and off-page SEO are going to change as we think it. I think we will see a transformation towards client factors in determining SERP results. That combined with increased personal SERP results and we’ll be seeing a large transformation of the searchers experience with Bing and the other search engines. Every search result will not be made alike, just look at things like user interaction, bounce rate, bounce time, etc… Focus on a better site all around, and I think you’ll see better results in 2010.
